Nickies Coffee Empire ("Nickies", "we", "us") operates the public website at nickies.com.my. This notice explains the limited information handled when you browse the site or choose to contact us.

2. Your theme preference
When you choose light or dark mode, your browser stores a value named theme in local storage on your device. It is used only to remember that display choice. It remains until you change it or clear your browser storage, and the theme feature does not send the value to Nickies.
3. Hosting and website security
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser or device details, and security signals. This is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, maintain security, and diagnose faults. Cloudflare may use essential security technologies when needed. 4. Google Maps links and customer media
The website currently links to the Nickies Coffee listing and directions on Google Maps but does not embed or load Google Reviews. Google receives information from your browser only if you choose to follow a Google link. The customer-feedback gallery contains photographs or videos provided or shared with Nickies. Nickies is responsible for confirming permission before publication. Files and captions are stored through Cloudflare; public visitors cannot upload through this website. Public photos use metadata-free display copies while their originals remain private to administration. Videos are published in the web-ready form supplied by the operator. 5. External links and messages
The site links to external services including WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and other clearly labelled providers. When you follow one of those links, the destination service receives information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Nickies does not control those services.
