These Terms apply when you use the public Nickies Coffee website at nickies.com.my. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is provided by Nickies Coffee Empire ("Nickies", "we", "us").
2. Business information and availability
The website provides general information about Nickies Coffee, including its menu, prices, opening hours, location, photographs, and customer feedback. We aim to keep it accurate, but products, ingredients, prices, availability, hours, and other details may change.
For time-sensitive information, please confirm with Nickies before travelling or ordering. Maps, directions, distances, and third-party business information should also be checked independently.
3. Orders and external channels
The public website does not complete payments or create customer accounts. If you start an order through WhatsApp or another external channel, the confirmed products, price, payment, collection, delivery, cancellation, and refund arrangements are those communicated for that order. The external provider's own terms and availability also apply.
4. Google Maps links
The site links to the Nickies Coffee listing, directions, and related pages on Google Maps. These are external links; this website does not currently embed Google ratings or reviews.
